Christopher Smith is the founder and Managing Director of L39 Tech, where he works hands-on across both engineering delivery and business development for the consultancy's clients.
With around 5–10 years’ experience across the full engineering stack, Christopher’s work spans embedded hardware and firmware, PCB and FPGA design, secure software, and applied AI systems — reflecting L39’s position as a full-stack partner rather than a single-discipline studio. He also leads L39’s fractional CTO engagements, advising founders and technical teams on architecture, technology strategy, and scaling decisions.
Christopher holds an MSc in AI and was technical founder and CTO of Arquella, a radio nurse call systems company, before founding L39 Tech.
