Who we are

What we collect
Only what you send us. The contact form collects your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company and message. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on this site.
Why we hold it
To respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to administer it. The lawful basis is legitimate interest for enquiry handling, and contract performance thereafter.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 24 months. Records relating to engagements are retained for the period required by UK company and tax law.
Cookies and analytics
Nothing that is not strictly necessary is loaded until you consent. Google Tag Manager and any analytics or marketing tags behind it stay unloaded until you choose to allow them — no request is made to Google, and no cookie is set, before that point.
We store one item on your device without asking: your cookie choice itself. That is exempt as strictly necessary, since without it we would have to ask you on every page.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via Cookie Settings in the footer of any page. Withdrawing is as easy as granting, and takes effect immediately.
Third parties
This site loads fonts and icon assets from third-party content delivery networks, and scheduling is handled by an external booking provider under its own privacy policy. Where you consent to analytics or marketing cookies, Google acts as a processor for that data. We do not sell or share personal data for marketing purposes.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, and may object to processing. Write to us and we will respond within one calendar month. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
